Here are the current Vegas odds for Miami's next HC, for what it's worth.

If you're Chris Grier... who do you hire?

Out of all those names, I'd got with Jim Harbaugh but realistically I don't see him leaving.

So strictly considering the names we have requested interviews with, I would choose Fangio.

Does this mean Vegas thinks Rizzi is most likely and Flores is least likely?

I like Rizzi a lot but I'm weary of promoting in-house when we're trying to change the culture.

I predict Rizzi and just like Vegas, I think he’s obviously the easiest hire.  He isn’t the coach on this list that I would prefer, but I do think he has a realistic shot at being the guy we hire just to keep the seat warm until Ross can make a big run at Jim or John Harbaugh.

Although I picked Jim Harbaugh,  I just dont see him leaving. And with Grier getting full control I just dont see John Harbaugh wanting to come here either as it's been reported he wants out for more control.  But I do get a get feeling about Kris Richard. Something tells me he should be the choice.

I only chose to vote from those who we have scheduled interviews with.

Richard for me. Clear cut choice.

Richard is 1B for me - would be a great consolation prize if they don't get Fangio.

I'm going with Richard as well. Ross has a history of promoting minority talent. I personally can't stand the distinction between races when it comes to anything. We are all men and women, period. Race shouldn't be in the picture at all, in any setting. However, seeing that it is, I think that Ross would love to have an African American GM/HC combination. I know it seems silly, but Ross caught a lot of flack for selling part of the team to minorities. He is eager to prove that work ethic and talent should determine your course in life, not race. Pairing Richard with Grier would allow Ross to enter the history books, and to put his thumb in the eye of certain NFL owners. List of African American GM's.

Don't care about the coach, just give me an OC who can drop 30 pts a game

You don't ask for much, do you?

480 PF would be good for 2nd in the NFL this season, lol.

I'd settle for 24 points per game, really.

Well, some of those 30 pts can be earned in special teams TD's or defensive TD's. See I'm not greedy...

If an offensive coordinator can increase the rate of special teams and defensive TDs as well, I'm on board.
