I feel like Wilks was at least successful his 1 year as a DC. Have the Browns been running a 4-3?

Yes. Greg Williams ran a 4-3 as well.

It should be a smooth adjustment from a personnel standpoint at least.

Not for our corners. Our corners are best suited for man coverage. He’s heavy zone.

Any time that there's a scheme/coaching change, it's going to result in some changes for sure. In this case, yes he is heavy zone, but from a pass rushing, run fit, and LB philosophy, it's still very similar. I'd also like to see if he's heavy zone based upon personnel or just his own philosophy...or maybe a combination of both.

Yeah the same thing happened when McDermott/Frazier took over for Rex Ryan. Darby was no longer a fit and got shipped out. In fact the Bills went without McKelvin, Gilmore, Robey-Coleman and Darby in 2017 who were their top 4 corners the previous year.

lol How many times are Patriots assistants gonna get HC jobs?

When Bill O'Brien is the shining star of the coaching tree you keep trying to poach from, maybe you should just stop trying to poach from it.

One of them HAS to work out eventually. Teams are just playing the odds at this point.
