If we consider simply being on the reserve/retired list as enough To be removed from the league and then they decide to come back it's a complete contradiction. Just like it was crappy that SirA had to deal with the Lev hold out last year, that doesn't mean you don't have to just suck it up. The fact of the matter is until he files retirement papers with the NFL he's not retired no matter what he says or what reserve list he's put on.
