I did ask @SirA1 if we could work on that yesterday, because there are several things not clarified in there, but he wants to wait until the summer to do this. Just for "the powers that be" that have been here for awhile and know the rules and then more specifically for @SirA1 to update the rulebook once something has been clarified that isn't clear today.
