DawgX Posted January 12, 2019 Share Posted January 12, 2019 I can't say I was overly enamored with any of the defensive coordinators whose names were being thrown out there, but I'd say Wilks is a decent choice. We just gotta get this last one right. Didn't Kitchens keep the QB coach? I thought I read somewhere that was the only position coach he kept but I could be wrong. Kiwibrown Posted January 12, 2019 Share Posted January 12, 2019 I'm good with wilks, in 2016 he ran 72% but it was distributed between cover2-3-4-6, I think there should be enough opportunity for ward. He also kept a 3-4 base in Arizona so he is adaptable to talent. Hopefully he can maximize garrett and ward, act as a co head coach of the defense.
