You can we have in the past. The first time was in trading up for Goff. There is language in the trade that if we don’t get a comp pick it becomes our original pick.

The NFL only started allowing comp picks to be traded in 2017 - a year after Goff was the #1 pick.

The first comp pick was traded in the 2017 draft as part of our 2016 trade up for Goff. So they changed the rule in 2016 and the first comp picks were traded in 2016.
