textaz03
In all honesty, it’s probably the best for his long term health. He just can’t stay healthy.

I dont think he will want to play for another team. He wont get snaps for us, unless there is an injury.

Texas_OutLaw7
The general was incredible, but fragile. I'll miss him.
Northland
Love Lee but he can't stay healthy. Hang em up. Wonder if he would consider coaching?
eagles suck
I hope he makes the best decision. Love his loyalty and grit for the team, he just can't stay healthy. Asst LB coach and move up the ranks like a true General.
Ace5
He's a perfect candidate to be LB coach under DC Kris Richard. Rod can either go coach DL and accept someone telling him he needs a real 1 technique or ride off into the sunset.
resilient part 2
I want Lee around in some facet. Just not as a starter. backup/coaching Combo. Less money of course.

I know we'd be "overpaying" for a backup, but I think it would be a perfect way to keep they young guys fresh, him healthy, and his presence in the film room and knowledge are a huge bonus. atran35
If he is willing to take a pay-cut and understands he won't be a starter than I hope he stays. We should still draft LB in later rounds to shore up his spot and play special teams.
Texas_OutLaw7
I am reminded of Tuna's comment. The moment you think about retirement, you already have.
