I don’t think it’s just freddie that pulled the staff. I think it was a combo of freddie Baker and Dorsey that helped this staff fall together Read about a month ago that McCloughan is coming back as a contracted consultant for this coming draft. I don't remember where I read it or how reliable the source is.

But I've also worked with enough different kinds of bosses by now to know that I would be willing to be paid a little less or have a little less authority to be with a dude I trust and enjoy working for. And Kitchens' sense of humor, straight forwardness, loyalty, and humility is a dang fine combination in a leader. So while I'm sure there are some looking to get job upgrades next year (especially Monken), I could see us having some solid retention too. I agree! I had a job that I described as "the best of my life" until the company changed managers! My old manager was one of the smartest people I have ever met in my life, yet his ego wasn't so large that he always had to be "the smartest guy in the room"! He left, and the company replaced him with a guy who was the exact opposite! I knew more about the business than he did, and I couldn't stand how he would spout nonsense in front of the team! Eventually, I had to leave before I punched this guy into oblivion and ruined my work record! There's a lot of comfort working with people who know what they are doing! MistaBohmbastic
FREDDIE KITCHENS INTERVIEW!! Rapsheet interviewed Kitchens on his pod. Starts right around 12 minutes. buno67
This will go down as one of the best coaching staffs ever assembled. Just look at it Kitchens, the Bama goat monken, might be the brightest offensive passing minds in the game today. Calling a top5 offense next year Wilks, might as well call him Silks, cause his unit is going to be so sooooo smooth. Calling a top5 defense next year Campben, best OL coach in league, believe dat! for once our Special team units will nuke all other opposing units.
