PHILADELPHIA EAGLES Why they're ranked here: The Eagles drafted two players in the first two rounds (offensive tackle Andre Dillard and wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside) who added negative wins above replacement values. That isn't great. Arcega-Whiteside was especially disappointing, earning targets on a higher percentage of his routes than only Andre Patton of the Chargers. All the opportunity was there to take advantage of a larger role with the offense's injuries, but it never materialized. How their top pick fared: Dillard (No. 22 overall) was limited to reserve work when Jason Peters or Lane Johnson went down because of injury, and that was a good thing for Carson Wentz based on how he graded. He allowed a pressure rate of 14.7%, higher than any other tackle in the NFL. Best value pick: Running back Miles Sanders (No. 53 overall) still has some work to do as a runner, but he has already shown that he can be a positive in the passing game out of the backfield. He led a depleted Eagles' roster with 165 receiving yards on passes 20 or more yards downfield. Absolutely not. That's a load of crock. His stats are very off when they put him at right tackle with no prior experience playing there.... ever. He shut down Khalil Mack when he played LT. No he was good at LT, they emergency put him at RT against Seattle In the regular season and like all tackles who donβt cross train...he failed miserably. It's when he was forced to play RTΒ that he failed miserably.
EagleBlueDon
Yeah Dillard fared very well at LT. Don't let the short notice RT appearance that'll skew any analytic score fool you. Very comfortable with him being my LT for the next 15 years.

Daimonas
felt like they undersold Sanders' improvement towards the end of the season. Yeah he does have work to do, but to only briefly mention his receiving stats is a bit disrespectful to a man who had an argument for OROY. I used to watch him when he was with Lefkoe at Bleacher Report, was way better pairing for him than him half doing things on his own / half working with Florio.Β Content wise heβs ok to solid on football opinions, but I think he has a ways to go still as a media member.Β

I am going to disagree with you here. Chris once broke down the new thinking on throwing motions and why the Manning method led to so much stress on his body. That was a really awesome piece.Β

Nabbs4u
It's clear that was always the plan. I hope Dak holds out Zeke style instead of being the good little soldier he was last year throughout camp. He's seen where that actually got him a year later.Β
