I feel like all the injuries and roster construction would just make the jokes to easy. Do you think Gruden survives the season? Reddit has pretty much written him off as a goner. Is that accurate? I don't think that he is a bad Xs and Os coach, but a bad at the "CEO" portions of the HC position. He hired a terrible defensive coaching staff. His practices are notorious for being mismanaged and way too easy (When NE had a joint practice with the Redskins they stayed afterwards and did more drills because it was too easy). This Trent Williams thing is ridiculous, he should just go to his house and talk to him in person man to man. Jay Gruden is not a good leader. Jay Gruden needs to go back to being an offensive coordinator. He has his job because his last name is Gruden and he worked for the Tampa staff under Bruce Allen.
