I thought this was one of those old 5-yard penalties that are no longer a flag. The helmet didn't turn on this play. This frame of video is as bad as it looked. Now, they're (rightfully) perceived as handing the Rams a trip to the SB, so it did them no favors. As for it being the worst call ever, well, no, but it's right up there.
