That should be a solid hire ... really needed a good football man or two to shore up that phase of the organization.  I'd still like to see a guy like Reggie McKenzie come in as well.  It's been mentioned that we seem to be light on the pro scouting side.

any appealing baltimore free agents? :)

I think Suggs is a FA. Might get a year or two of solid production and ring chasing ala Peppers.

Packers lost a lot of personnel guys over the recent past, including Thompson, McKenzie, Dorsey, Wolf Jr, Alonzo Highsmith and others

Nice to see them re-stocking the front office  -  and pulling from Ozzie's tree seems like a winner

Could be Gute's replacement if all goes to pott.  Let's bring in McKenzie as well.

If the name sounds familiar it's because this has been in the works for awhile. Still good to see it made official. This should be a solid hire and a much needed addition after many departures.

Feel like this has happened 4 times now

Lol, yeah it's officially official now. Gute has been trying to bring him in for over a year but it was really sudden right there at the end when he actually signed on the dotted line. From the moment he picked up a pen at the table, it took him all of 3 seconds to finish signing his name. It all happened so fast.

Yep with your blessing and a little time away to recharge, I'm dropping in from time to time. Happy to be here without the weight of any inside info to share and with low expectations. I'll be a low volume, low controversy contributor which is where I'm much more comfortable.

With a name like "Milt", he's got to be a winner!!!

My alter-ego's name is Milt P. Spawnsack.  He's a wild and crazy used-car salesman, but he's the life of the party.  I even have shirts printed "Team Spawnsack".  No Joke.
