saintsfan Posted January 24, 2019 Author Share Posted January 24, 2019 My personal predictions: Exclusive Rights FA Zach Wood, LS (26) - Accepts Tender Vince Biegel, LB (26) - Accepts Tender Cameron Tom, OL (24) - Rejects Tender (tests out FA) Justin Hardee, DB (25) - Accepts Tender (probably the best player on this list but he seems to LOVE the Saints) Rickey Jefferson, S (25) - Accepts Tender Restricted FA Daniel Lasco, RB (27) - Saints make QO, stays Ken Crawley, CB (26) - Saints let walk (after the Apple trade, Crawley became non-existent) Tommylee Lewis, WR (27) - Saints make QO, stays Wil Lutz, K (25) - Saints make QO, stays (I could see a team throwing a contract at Lutz but I see the Saints matching) Free Agents Mark Ingram, RB (30) - Resigns to 3 year deal for similar $$. Mark loves Nola and loves playing with Kamara. Manti Te’o, LB (28) - Let walk. Te'o has had great stretches for us, but became useless this season with the arrival of Davis.Benjamin Watson, TE (39) *Will be retiring Michael Hoomanawanui, TE (31) - Resign to veteran min contract. We need bodies at TE until we figure something out. Craig Robertson, LB (31) - Resign to vet min contract. Good ST player and backup LB Chris Banjo, S (29) - Resign. Great ST player. Dez Bryant, WR (31) - Resign, 1 year vet min. Dez comes back if Brees does. Jermon Bushrod, OL (35) - Resign or retire. Jay Bromley, DL (27) - Resign Michael Ola, OL (31) - Walks Josh LeRibeus, OL (30) - Resign to short deal P.J. Williams, CB (26) - Let walk. We have Lattimore, Apple, and we'll be getting P-Rob back. We'll draft a CB to play Dime with Hardee seeing some snaps as well. Tyeler Davison, DT (27) - Hopefully resign. I could see Davison testing out the market and getting more money elsewhere. Teddy Bridgewater, QB (27) - Gets big offer elsewhere. Brees comes back and Saints decide to invest $$ on a couple big FAs and let Teddy walk. Alex Okafor, DE (28) *Has the option to become a free agent based on contract clause. - I hope he comes back, but with Davenport looking like a future star, I see him chasing money and a starting role elsewhere.
