FYI:  I emailed LV Stadium Service last week to check on my final PSL payment and when it is due.  March 1st. 2020 by the way.  Heavy financial burden to say the least.   I followed up with the following email:  I asked How many PSL's have you sold?  How many seats will be made available for individual games or walk up buyers?  Those seats that are available, are they going to be on each level.  Are my seats on the Raiders side?  Here is there limited response:

"We have crossed over 40,000 PSLs sold. We do not know what inventory will look like for individual games/walk ups.  Yes, your seats are on the ‘home’ side."

I have heard only around 10k seats will be left after the PSLs are done and the team is gonna retain those for there own team needs and charity seats. Most people that are hoping to walk up and buy are gonna have to do it thru second hand ticket sales from PSL owners. I got in the last round of PSLs in section 207 but I'm gonna be at every game.

I wonder what percentage of the PSLs sold are resellers?

You mean like ticket brokers?  I'm sure some of the casinos have purchased blocks of tickets.  Some of this info may be made public.

10k tickets for the use of the Raiders family and friends.  When I got my season tickets in Los Angeles I was told they always keep some for individuals, family, friends etc.  They did have two for me on the 20 yard line 17 rows up.  I met someone who knew someone.  Nice of them.  Many of those tickets they hold will be available on game day for walk up fans or purchase a few days in advance of game day.

Yeah, I mean anyone that isn't a fan planning to go to the majority of the games. Like you said, I agree the casinos, resorts and some companies got some seats as well.

We'll see how many of those seats are available gameday. I think in the first few years the demand for tickets will be such that 40% of them would be a good day for the walk up folks. I should also say that I anticipate the Raiders giving a good amount of tickets away in one form or another in the first few weeks, maybe longer.

Not gonna lie I don't overly care for the NFL Draft at times, it seems a little overhyped and all that compared to when I follow the NBA draft, etc. But the NFL Draft in Las Vegas next year seems pretty badass.

I guess they haven't announced the venue yet?

I was in Vegas for a couple days and passed by the stadium. It’s coming along nicely. I haven’t really been up to date on the stadium news, but parking and getting to the game is gonna be nuts. I was speaking with some locals and they said that there will be shuttles to the game and back and my goodness I can already see the drunks on that shuttle.

Seems like walking will be the best way to get to the game. Will be interesting experience once it opens up.

I drove by the site today, here in Vegas for a few days of work. A lot more steel is up and taking shape, this stadium is going to be an epic venue no doubt superbowls will be played here. This move to Las Vegas is huge for the future of the Raiders Al would no doubt be impressed at what his son has accomplished the location is absolutely awesome with the strip only a few blocks away. At first I wasn't so sure about this move but now it makes loads of sense. The Raiders if ran well will again become a team veteran players will want to play for everything is going to be in place very soon for the resurgence of one of the greatest teams of the NFL.
