From what I read....

Work started on November 13, 2017 and the substantial completion date is July 31, 2019.... that’s 992 days or 2y, 8m, 19 days.

Technically they’d be behind schedule with 29days to do 2%, but I realize not the real world.
But 2% of a project like that is a lot of work left to do... I’m sure it’ll go with up to the deadline... and like all projects there’s usually a ton of minor things that are left to touch up after the deadline.

Such a drastic change from the old Colosseum, which was literally falling apart, and the new stadium and training facility.   It’ll be such an advantage having state of the art facilities AND everything being so close to each other and the airport.  It was perfectly planned and carried out.

Amazing. I still wish Caesar's Palace would've been our primary sponsor and the stadium would've been called Caesar's Coliseum.

How did they NOT sell that one? That’s the greatest pitch ever!

It appears we’re getting 20-25M per year (I’d assume it’s 20m in the first few years and gradually escalates to 25m... kind of like following inflation).  That’s not too much money for a casino and hotel of that magnitude.  Heck, I’ve never even heard of Allegiant Airlines prior to them buying the naming rights.... their a mid level regional airline. Do they even own their own planes or just lease them lol?  If they can afford it Ceasar’s Palace certainly could.

On the other side of the argument, I think we may have wanted to kind of distance ourselves from the Coliseum.  It’s a major rebranding of the team and the new stadium isn’t a coliseum.  It’s also doesn’t look like a Roman Coliseum at all.

I can talk/watch/listen to Raiders all day... but I can’t imagine they have 24/7 - 365 content on the radio.  I imagine they secured their own station (100.80 or whatever) and will only broadcast certain hours and days.  I listened to a LOT of radio in prison and a lot of stations would have talk radio certain hours and then something random like Spanish music or Irish music (ahhh those ole Irish tunes on Saturday got me thru the week.... everyone knew not to try and talk to me from 11-1!) would come on at the hour.  Maybe it’ll be like that where we share the station with other “groups”.
