Not ragging on the guy, but more and more we seem to be defining TTs time here with guys he let go before their time. I suspect that Peppers wanted to end his career in Carolina - so how amenable he was or would have been to GB offers - cant say - but we could have used his production. I was reading earlier this morning after my post above that Julius loved his time in GB and it wasn't his decision to leave.
