I mean, how many things are happening in the world today with cell phone cameras? I guess the argument would come down to is this out in the public or is this private, but I'm not 100% sure the laws (at least in some areas) have caught up with 99% of the population having a smart phone. Staying on topic.........I also saw a tweet where someone said, even if this wasn't him, it was good to get Francois out of the program because of the massive amount of red flags that surround him personally.
