Corn tortilla is better than flour, but get flour if the place doesn’t come off as authentic because their corn tortillas will be crap. Cilantro and onion is far better than lettuce and tomato. Family taco night was hard corn tacos, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, mild taco sauce, maybe a little sour cream. Perfect. I like soft corn tortillas but prefer flour.
