nlesthought
Playing around on ESPN Rumor had it we were in negotiations with the Jets for WR Robby Anderson. RFA this year.
nlesthought
Name a veteran QB we bring in after we lose Foles this offseason. Tannehill - another injury prone guy Dalton - Two gingers is that even allowed? Tyrod Taylor - Is he willing to be a backup at this stage Keenum - eh Bortles - hold my tongue since I have nothing nice to say Carr - may get traded (to Washington)

But I'd be all for Vinny coming back. Especially if Long and Graham aren't back.

I think as a spot starter and backup he could be pretty valuable. But I feel like somebody will pay him to be a bridge QB to a young guy Edited February 12, 2019 by EaglesPeteC
EaglesPeteC
I think adding Vinny is a solid move. A DE group of Bennett, Barnett, Curry 1st or Second Round Rookie/Sweat seems good. 3 young guys and 2 vets

That would be a solid get TBH Hard to think that with all the cap room the Jets have that they wouldn't match though Edited February 12, 2019 by EaglesPeteC

I don't see how Derek Carr would even be an option. He just got his $20 mil guaranteed and is only 27 years old. If he's not starting for the Raiders, he's going somewhere else to start. I think Tyrod or Keenum would be best case scenario as a back up.

ianlewis16
Studfeld is our backup for at least this season. Our cap is in no position to be paying any sort of cash for a new backup QB.
IrishHooligan00
Everyone acting like howie isn't gonna get us up to 20-30 Million in cap space. DE - Dante Fowler Jr. DE - Frank Clark OLB/DE - Anthony Barr S - Tyrann Mathieu S - HaHa Clinton-Dix S - Landon Collins I would love to get 1 of these Safeties and Fowler or Barr, Preferably Barr. Think he could fit nicely on the defense.
