Eagles aren't that great at drafting, but that's probably more on Roseman than the scouts. He was also responsible for scouting free agents, and we do do well in that regard, so maybe that's why you are bringing him in- Let Mayock scout the draft, let Dwayne scout existing NFL players. We have been pretty good at Pro Scouting, getting guys on the cheap and have them fit right in.
