No one thought they'd get anything for Bradford, they got a 1st because they waited and a team needed one very badly. Cardinals simply have to wait because teams are clearly evaluating Haskins, Jones, Lock vs Rosen and if they miss out then they'll pivot to Rosen. They dont need to move Rosen until they get the offer they want. He's cost controlled for 4 years and has experience. They'll get a very good pick or package for him. There's a difference between having two consecutive 1st round picks on the roster

KingOfNewYork
There’s no difference. They can pick Murray without trading Rosen.

Im sure the Jets would like to get another pick and Josh Allen/QW if possible. They would be trading up for Bosa, which the cardinals would be willing to do because A) they aren't drafting Bosa and B) Bosa would then not be in their division. I know its unlikely, just spit balling here Maybe a pre draft agreement between the 2 teams could happen.

Except Rosen has shown nothing to this point in his career to suggest that he can come in and fill the void of a starting QB, ESPECIALLY not on a team trying to make the playoffs. Josh Rosen is like a car, the moment it was driven off the lot, it's value depreciates. If you don't do anything to supe up that car, the value will just continue to go down. I agree on the value part but in this instance I don’t see them taking the risk due potential locker room issues. Even if Murray knows he’s the guy it’s another distraction and more questions he and Kingsbury would need to deal with. If they’re on the clock and a team calls their bluff for a FRP they would have to settle IMO, but as long as more than one team is interested they’ll still have some leverage if it goes down to the wire. It’s a great situation for him to come in with Jones and Suggs. Same can be said for Q-Williams.

The reason I mention Philon is because Williams would have the role that Philon has on that defense Edited April 16, 2019 by brushmyhair
