His cap hit would be in the $20m range I think for 1 year, and no team is going to give up much for a guy who 1) hasnt played in over a year, 2) has the red flags he does and 3) isnt committed to any team for more than next year. I read something about a month ago that said even though he didnt play, last year still counted as an accrued season for him, which would mean the franchise tag counted.
