patriotsheatyan
This thread was inspired by Rosen trade rumors. One writer said he only thinks Rosen is worth a mid round pick, which shocked me.

Bills, Cardinal, Ravens and Jets aren't trading their QBs for less than a 1st but that doesn't mean anyone would offer a 1st. Patriots may be interested in one or more with the 32nd pick but I doubt that it would include Jackson and Darnold/Allen aren't being traded there so that just leaves Rosen. I've thought about this and I honestly don't even know if I'd take 3 first rounders. It'd have to be a Saints/Redskins trade on steroids; complete drafts. Kiwibrown
I dont think the browns, jets or Bill's would trade their QBs for 2 1sts, it would have to higher than that.

Maybe if it was another franchise QB plus draft picks, but even then. There's no combination of draft picks that makes me confident we can get value akin to what Mahomes provided this year. patriotsheatyan
I’d trade Mahomes for four entire drafts.
SBLIII
Mahomes is one of the most talented QBs of all time. He is completely untradeable. In Fact Chiefs fans would burn down Arrowhead if they were to trade Mahomes even if would receive 700 1st round picks.
CP3MVP
I mean Sam Bradford was traded for a 1st round pick
Jeezla
Derek Carr vs Rosen. Who has more value? Which would you trade for if you were GM of the Giants or Jags?
LeotheLion
Anyone on there that would go for multiple firsts (Baker, Mahomes, Goff, Watson, etc) is a moot point because the team isn't going to trade a franchise guy for picks. Only one that I could see would be Wentz because of Foles but that would be really foolish.
Bonanza23
Baker Mayfield-nada This is the closest I’ve come to a franchise qb since Kosar. Have we finally done it? Don’t know. I can only hope. Time will tell but it’s finally for a change looking good.

Goff, Mahomes, Watson and Mayfield are all pretty much untradeable IMO. Teams arent going to trade young potential franchise QBs for pretty much anything that a team might realistically offer for any of them. Good guess for Winston....him and Mariota probably have similar values. Both have red flags, but still have some upside. A desperate team might give up a 2nd, but doubtful. Wentz would be untradeable if not for his injury issues. He might be untradeable because of the simple fact that no team would want to give up a first for an injury prone QB, and the Eagles wouldnt take less than that. Darnold and Allen are likely untradeable. Both showed flashes as rookies. No reason to give up on them. Not that the Jets or Bills wouldnt be WILLING to trade them for the right price, but I think it would take more than most teams would give up. Rosen is a question mark. Id give up a 3rd for him. I think he has some nice upside still. Jackson could fetch a 3rd probably as a backup alone. Barring something huge in regards to LJ's passing ability, I dont think Jackson will ever be more than a gimmicky QB. I think the Ravens will be looking for a new QB by next offseason or the next.
