turtle28 Posted August 26, 2017 Share Posted August 26, 2017 Last year was last year. Fuller got put there last year because Phillips was the worst thing anyone has ever seen in the slot. Fuller was coming of a torn ACL and knee micro fracture surgery last year. It's actually a miracle he played at all. From all reports he's looked good this offseason and has been working on the a lot position all year. We won't know if he'll be better for sure until we play an entire game. If it doesn't work maybe they'll put Breeland back in the slot in nickle situations but I don't see why Fuller shouldn't get the 1st crack.
