bigdog44
I never was sold on Rosen but I really don’t want to go into the season with Colt McCoy as the starter. It won’t cost a fortune cap wise and if they can get it done for a mid 2? Yea screw it go ahead. As much as I’m not a fan of Rosen he seems to have the tools Gruden looks for. As far as Metcalf, yea we all drool over the combine numbers, but this guy missed a season with a broken foot and another bunch of games with a neck injury. Too David Boston if you ask me. Bo Duke
We need a left guard. Arizona needs a whole damn Oline. Not fair to blame all on Rosen when a guy has to play behind that. David Johnson is an elite talent and he couldn't do squat last year behind that line. If Arizona goes with Murray they are going to do their best to get a first to get a lineman to help protect him. Murray will get killed behind that line

Rosen blows and the Cardinals know it. Same offense with a bad OL and who lost their coach midway through the year. I'll grab him for a 3rd just to kick the tires. He'll only cost $7M total for the next 3 years

Than try to get Brown with one of this years 3rd round picks. It's known Brown wants out and this could possibly help decrease the asking price. A top 100 pick for Brown and you still have 3 other picks. That's a good start to the offseason.

ripsean21
He and Myfield were by far my top QB’s last year!!! I’d love to have Rosen on this team!!!!
ripsean21
Rosen looked really good at times in a horrible offensive gameplay that didn’t even feature its best player
taylor made
The same Arizona offensive line that has 4 former first round draft picks? Sometimes its the QB who makes the offensive line look worse than they are and not vice versa.

Sometimes its the QB who makes the offensive line look worse than they are and not vice versa. No context to this though at all. The offensive line really was this bad. One of those first round picks was Andre Smith. He's not good and was on his third team in 3 years, and was cut by 2 teams within a year. Another was Justin Pugh, who missed more than half the season with a torn ACL and has been decimated by injuries in his career and is trending way downward. Mike Iupati hasn't been good in about 4 years as he's been crushed by injuries, missed nearly half the season last year, and may not even be able to find a job this year. DJ humphries has been hot and cold as an offensive lineman, has battled knee injuries, and missed half the season last year (and has played only 14 games in 2 seasons). The other starting lineman was Shipley who tore his acl in the preseason and missed the entire season. This is what Arizona's offensive line actually looked like by the end of the season: Their left tackle was Korey Cunningham who was a 7th round rookie last year. A 7th round rookie starting at the most important position on the line. Left Guard was Colby Gossett who was a 6th round rookie for the vikings who couldn't make their team. This says a lot if you know how bad that offensive line in Minnesota was. He was signed off the Vikings practice squad. Their Right guard was Oday Aboushi. Dont' be ashamed of not knowing who that is - I actually thought that was a Mediterranean food dish. He was a street free agent signed in October. Their Right tackle was Will Holden, who was a second year, former 5th round pick who was released by three teams and picked up as a street free agent. Their Center was Mason Cole who was a third round pick, wasn't all that good, but at least has the possibility of being a guy who will hang around.
ripsean21
I like Rosen!!! I don’t think you give up a 1st for a guy who threw for under 60% completion and more Ints to TD’s. And that’s just the truth. I like Rosen!!! I think he fits!!! But it all depends on Murray. I love Murray!!! Not shy about that opinion. But the Cards have to make that choice. I can see the Redskins drafting their starter. I’m okay with that!! I’m so up and down on Jones!!!! His teammates sucked at duke!!! I scout him and see a Andy Dalton ceiling!!! Haskins needs to prove he can lead and improve his decision and take more shots. Lock has the tools can he lead!!!! I still love Grier as I think he’s your not 1st Rd QB who makes a impact. But outside of those names I’m pretty much not even about any other option. Rypien could be a good backup but I’m tired of fielding fringe backup starters. We need a QB who can improve talent around him and build around moving forward. No more rentals!!!

No way he goes for a 2020 3rd rounder. That's the same as a 2019 4th rounder. With teams sure to bid on him, I doubt the Cards would let him go for anything over a 2nd or 3rd this year.
