why,

do they really think we are remotely close to NE?

why wouldnt you do whats in the best interest to improve your team instead of worrying about potentially making another one better?

who cares in he ends up in the afcn if it gets you a higher draft pick then from another conference

if AB is so great that you are afraid of him beating you, then dont trade him at all

OMG, scared of the bengals, browns and rats...............pathetic

I mean, good. Why would you trade a player that is VERY good, at a decreased value to what his performance is worth no less, to a team that you either have to play twice a year or a team that you would have a likely chance of facing in the playoffs if/when you get the team straightened out.

No, you trade him to the worst team you can, preferably in the NFC. It's just common sense.

so taking a 3rd rounder from the lions is better than taking a first from the browns?

who f'in cares where he goes.

you think its in the best interest of the team to trade him to the worst nfc team then take a high draft pick from a good afc team?

i would think the main concern should be making this team more competitive

dont trade him then if you are so worried that you might have to play against him

once again, nobody is forcing the steelers to take less than fair trade value

and you want to talk common sense.................

There is also no way that the offers are going to be that vastly different, but you're going to complain no matter what they do.

one fluke game doesnt mean anyting. the lions beat them too

The Steelers were 7-2-1...shoulda beat Saints at end of year too.

Pats better but Steelers relatively close...it’s not hard to realize that.

shouda couda woulda.

the steelers have won 3 playoff games the past 8 years. we arent  relatively close to the pats.

you seem to have the same mindset as tomlin and rooney. 'well we almost made the playoffs. 2 years ago we were 13-3''

thats why this team will continue to go backwards. just wait until ben is gone

This is stupid.

The steelers are not going to trade a generational player to a team that will/can stand in their way for 10-15 better draft position.

Guess what? If the Pats offer 4 first rounders, AB is a Patriot. If they offer pick 64 vs next best being Green Bay at 76....he is a Packer.

Honestly, this isnt hard. Dont be dumb.

If you payed attention, I’m on the anti Tomlin side of things...not a fan of all.

However the team has more than enough talent to go out and beat the Pats and before a fumble and stupid Tomlin “gut” feeling calls...beat the Saints.

Theres a grey area in all this you refuse to acknowledge...if you can’t, I guess we’re done.
