Jeezla
Here it goes.... Significant Cuts Timmy Jernigan = 11 mill cap space Nelson Agholor - 9.4 mill cap space Chris Long - 5.3 mill cap space Re-structure Jason Peters = 8 mill cap space Michael Bennett = 5 mill cap space 2 of Malcolm/Lane/Ertz/Brooks/Alshon = 12-15 mill cap space These moves give us about 60 mill cap space (When you include 6 mill rollover from 2018 + 2 million Foles paid for buy-out + 2 mill current space) Re-sign Jordan Hicks MLB (He gets about 6.5 mill per season to stay) Jordan Matthews WR (Cheap depth) Not Re-signed Nick Foles QB Jay Ajayi RB Darren Sproles RB Golden Tate WR Mike Wallace WR Ronald Darby CB Brandon Graham DE Haloti Ngata DT Chance Warmack OG Free Agency Frank Clark DE - 4 year deal (Our "splash" FA signing. Replaces B Graham as our DE1) Cameron Wake DE - 1 Year deal (Comes here to chase a ring on a cheap deal. Replaces Chris Long as our DE4) KJ Wright WLB - 2 year deal (Shouldn't be too expensive at age 30) Quincy Enunwa WR - 3 year deal (Our new #2 WR) Christian Covington DT - 2 year deal (Relatively cheap/young/athletic #3 DT) I think we would still get 2020 comp picks for Foles, and either Darby or Tate, but probably not the rest. Draft Pick Trades (Used Drafttek trade chart for trade value) Pick 1#25 **Traded to Indy for 2#34 + 3#89 + 6#199** Pick 2#57 **Traded to Jax for 3#69 + 3#98** Pick 3#89 **traded to LAR for 3#104 + 4#133** Stefen Wisniewski **traded to Buf for 7#228** Draft Picks 2#34 Jerry Tillery DT (Immediately starts next to Cox) 2#53 Rock Ya-Sin CB (Eventually our #1 CB, but will be CB2 as a rook) 3#69 Darrell Henderson RB (New starting RB) 3#98 Terry McLaurin WR (New starting Slot WR) 3#104 Trey Pipkins OT or William Sweet OT (Can't decide which one I prefer yet. Potential Peters successor or starting LG) 4#127 Xavier Crawford CB (CB depth. Could eventually be our #2 CB over Sidney/Mills/Douglas) 4#133 Maxx Crosby DE (Stash on IR with b.s. injury for a year, but activate if a DE goes down) 4#138 Keelan Doss WR (Depth, eventual #4 WR over J Matt) 5#163 Josh Miles OG/OT (Depth, Potential starting LG) 6#197 Jordan Ta’amu QB (New #3 QB behind Sudfeld) 6#199 Malik Gant S (Depth/Potential McLeod replacement in a year) 6#208 Nick Allegretti C/OG (Depth. Potential Kelce successor in a year) 7#228 PJ Johnson DT (Run stuffing DT depth) Projected Depth Chart (New additions in orange) QB: Wentz/Sudfeld/Ta'amu RB: Henderson/Clement/Adams TE: Ertz/Goedert WR: Alshon/Enunwa/McLaurin/Hollins/J Matt/Doss LT: Peters/Vaitai LG: Pipkins (Or Sweet)/Seumalo C: Kelce/Allegretti RG: Brooks/Miles RT: Johnson/Mailata DE: Clark/Bennett/Barnett/Wake/Sweat/Crosby (I.R) DT: Cox/Tillery/Covington/Hector/Johnson MLB: Hicks/Worrilow SLB: Bradham/Grugier-Hill WLB: Wright/Gerry CB: Mills/Ya-Sin/Jones/Douglas/Crawford/LeBlanc S: Jenkins/Mcleod/Maddox/Gant LS Lovato K Elliott P Johnston
Mastercheddaar
I don't think you are addressing the running backs enough. Adams/Clement/Smallwood RB by committee should never be repeated voluntarily. Go Birds Master "The Haul" Cheddaar

You won't want Henderson to come off the field anyway. We can add another vet or udfa after the draft to compete with Adams for the 3rd spot. Clement, if healthy, is fine as a #2. He can catch and pick up a blitz even if he's not much of a runner. I want to see what Adams can do with a full offseason as well, but yeah, another talented rb behind Henderson wouldn't hurt. I think we'd be fine with those 3 though. At least for 1 year. We can add another stud in 2020, but ideally Adams is improved enough to at least hold down the fort if pressed into action. If not, then we can trade for a solid #2 like Dion Lewis or Kenyan Drake.
Eagles23
D Line looks fantanstic. Not sure how to feel about Enunwa as our number 2. Gotta keep Nelly or Tate in the slot

Gotta keep Nelly or Tate in the slot Enunwa has had decent production with some bad QB's. 6'2" 225 lbs 4.45 40. If he can avoid the ankle sprains he dealt with this past season, he could be a really good #2 for us. Nelly and Tate can kick rocks. McLaurin is bigger, faster, and cheaper. I'd compare him to Maclin. He could end up challenging Enunwa for the #2 role by the end of the season. Keelan Doss sort of reminds me of Tre'Quan Smith, but with better routes. He could end up being a good #2 WR too.
Jeezla
I personally give it an A. Would have been an A+ if I found a way to add another late 4th round pick to use on RB Wes Hills (Who would be our RB2 over Clement/Adams), but 13 picks is already a lot. We should still have plenty of cap to carry over into 2020 to use on a Wentz extension too.
Jeezla
I tried to be realistic with where I have guys getting drafted (I'm factoring what I think their combine performance will be into their position). Pipkins/Sweet is more of a guess, but feels like a fair projection based on what I have read. The rest feel spot on, but Ya-Sin and Henderson could go 5-10 picks earlier, Henderson in particular if he runs a 4.39 or faster. Gant could maybe go as high as the 4th, but I doubt it. IrishHooligan00
Highly hate all the trade downs. With 60 million, FA is lackluster.
