Yeah, I have trouble wrapping my mind around the idea that of any front office Baltimore's would offer a RB that much guaranteed money (I mean, he's not a TE...). Sounds like Bell would rather go to Baltimore, but Rosenhaus is trying to leverage them into ponying up more money and Baltimore ain't having it.
