A trade cannot put a team over their 2019 cap. Restructures/Extensions You may only restructure and/or extend up to 3 players on your rosters to free up cap room. You can break that up however you want (ie. 2 restructures and 1 extension or 1 restructure or 2 extensions or 3 restructures and 0 extensions). You can only extend or restructure players that are listed in your workbook as being able to be extended or restructured. Restructures: Please post: Team name number and player name example PHI-0811- Lane Johnson-T Then we will go to the overthecap.com cap calculator and restructure the player for you and let you and @ny92mike know how much cap room you have opened up. Extensions Please post: Team name number and player along with the player's APY Example PHI- 0014 Nelson Agholor- WR APY- $9,387,000 If your player is eligible to be extended, he will be extended and his cap hit will become 75% of his APY, so in the above example.
