They're still tied to Alex Smith for $70+mm, so throwing a dump truck full of cash to Foles (like how Jax is going to do) would wreck an already thin cap, I think. N4L Posted March 7, 2019 Share Posted March 7, 2019 The only way its possible IMO is if keenum agrees to a pay cut or if the broncos decide to eat some money. It would be really simple to eat money. Just restructure his contract to have a roster bonus paid two days from now, then wait three days and trade him.
