Look for Justin Phillips to be activated to the 53 if there's a need at the position. He was basically the Cowboys version of Doss in preseason. He is on the Det practice squad but knows the defense and is ready to play. If it is latter in the year, I think Marshall has more of a shot to get the call as he will have had more time to have gotten more solid physically along with Phillips who should have learned the defense by then.
