That's a big if for all 3 of those to work out that way. I'm over here hoping Key can be a serviceable rotational guy.

And either way, it will never take the taste of the Hall and Parker picks that were just absurd reaches and neither player is looking the part.

Look at Gruden's draft record. And look at Reggie's draft record.

Then logically tell me who you think picked 2 SMALL SCHOOL players that were considered reaches.

I think the answer is blatantly obvious and while Gruden's draft record isn't great. He clearly favors players from Big Schools, while reggie has an affinity for reaching on small school guys.

Those two picks had Reggies hands all over them, I agree. The fact Davis tried to make it work with Reggie and Gruden was dumb to start with. Everyone knew that was a disaster before it started. Last season was such a massive throwaway.

I don’t know if I’d dump Parker and Hall on Reggie. Especially Parker just my 2 cents Cable saw Parker and thought he can mold him into starter. Reggie was just waiting for his contract to expire or get canned by then

Didn't watch the preseason. Why are you all so down on Hall?

I'm not, but I think it's because other players at the position have flashed more than he has. However it's not like he's been bad, just less consistent. I like Hall a lot going forward and if we cut him I would be livid.

Nobody's mentioned it but heard very little about Mauro and he missed some important game time (for players trying to make the team) so IMO he's no lock to make the roster, especially with Westbrook being able to be versatile and the DTs we have. I could easily see one of Key, Westbrooks or Mayowa beating him out to start and of course he's no use as a pass rush specialist or rotation player so he could be a cut especially if Key really shows out well against the run in the next two games. I've been impressed with key thus far, even though it's still pre-season, seems to have upped his all round game.
