EaglesPeteC
The Panthers picking up Doug Baldwin would be huge for Cam. A reliable slot WR like him to go with all of that youth and speed on the outside. Glad I paid up for him. Probably over paid for Dante Fowler but the Panthers are in desperate need for pass rush and a young talented pass rusher doesn't hit the market often

Buchanon and Attaochu will be great depth. And Devey, ehhh he’ll be 3rd string. You tied for Ansah. You need to resubmit a bid via PM to Mike
jch1911
Houston Texans Texans wanted veteran leadership to pair with Johnathan Joseph in the secondary. Strongly considered 3 options - Honey Badger, ET, & Adrian Amos. Of those three, only one has helped lead his team to a SB victory. Plus, ET is from East Texas and played at UT. We spent more than we would have liked, but figured it would be necessary. Surprised there were only two teams in on him. Ja'Wuan James adds to our starting OL. We have to protect DW4 and give him time to make plays (he also needs to play with a better clock in his head). James is not a superstar, but we felt like we had to pay superstar price to secure his talents. If he can buy one more second for DW4 to deliver the ball, we think it will be worth it. We also strongly considered bidding on Darryl Williams and chose to go after James because of longevity. Honestly thought we would lose out on Verrett. $5M for a potential starting CB was IMHO relatively cheap. Initially, we were going to bid $3M, but went to $5M because thought somebody would bid $4M. Having Joseph, Verrett, Waynes, & Colvin finally gives a legit CB rotation. Texans also needed to secure a solid backup QB. Tyrod Taylor won out over Bridgewater. We lost out on Mitch Morse. We went lowish on that bid because happy with Mancz at the pivot, but felt like Morse could be an upgrade in terms of pass blocking.

So you don’t really have a legit CB rotation
