Victor1124
Initially, I am not overly excited about getting both of the Smith's but I can't complain too much about adding a couple front 7 guys. I guess it is true, Pettine likes bigger edge guys. I do like Z Smiths versatility; hopefully, they plan to use Z Smith more inside as 5-tech and still grab a guy like Brian Burns in the 1st. Average their career averages. Objectively that would still be an upgrade at the position.
cannondale
I can't see how being able to line up next to Clark and run some games would be a bad thing
PackGymRat
Good signings, people don’t understand our DL has been mediocre for years. Anything is better than what we currently have and we should see an immediate impact. The time that QBs have had to throw against us has been way too long. This was long overdue. HighCalebR
Zaddy would've been on the squad since Kentucky if I had my way. Love the player. Not huge on the number but I'll come around I'm sure. Edited March 12, 2019 by HighCalebR
SSG
Don't love the massive yearly number or his lack of career production but I don't mind the signing he's a versatile pass rusher who we can line up anywhere on the line. When you ignore OLB like we have over the last couple years you've gotta take risks. Could be a nasty group on pass rushing downs with Z. Smith moved inside with Clark and Fackrell/ Smith on the outside.
James Lofton
I think a heavy rotation to keep the OLBs legs fresh is part of the plan. Hoping they snag a new guy in the draft at 12. But, that's always my wish, and that wish hasn't come true for a long, long time.
