He took the long way around to get into the NFL.

To be fair, though, he's actually quite a solid tackle. I agree with @MKnight82 that he seemingly plays better on the left side, but you could give it another shot on the right side. Could also move him inside at guard. He's a guy who will give you his all in no small part due to his arc, and if he wasn't 33 now, he would probably be more well known and/or targeted.
