I'll wait until after the draft.

Same.

It was a little premature to make this poll. At this point, you're projecting based on how you think the final rosters will shape out.

Not Detroit

It'll be interesting to see how GB's 2nd year CB's and WR's have progressed, and how long it takes the defensive FA additions to gel. They also really need Jones to stay healthy at RB.

Chicago probably takes a step back defensively with the loss of Fangio, Amos, and Callahan. They don't have any early picks either, so they probably take a step back overall, even if Bisky and Ant Miller take a step forward.

Minny has hardly any player turnover, so they should be very strong right from the start. They are probably my fave right now to win the division, but Packers are right there.

Are you suggesting that the same crew that finished 2018 at 8-7-1 will have a very strong start ? Last year they were 1-2-1 out of the gate.
Zimmer did have a fast start back in 2016...they were 5-0, but finished 8-8. Even when they were good in 2017, they were just 2-2 to start the year

They lost Sheldon Richardson plus a few others. Likely to move on from Trae Waynes (692 snaps) due to cap constraints.
Of course I'm a blind biased homer, but those items above offer some insight into the likelihood of a very strong start in minny next year.
On the plus side, snagging Kubiak should be a big help for their offense

The Richardson loss isn't huge. They did bring back Shamar Stephen who was a rotational player on that 2017 defense. Zimmers track record suggests he should make the playoffs in 2019 (he's at an every other year clip of making the playoffs likely due to the advantage of a 2nd place schedule).

Waynes isn't going anywhere this year due to cap constraints. FA is basically over. If he's traded it's because the Vikes were blown away with an offer. Plus the Vikes have second year players Mike Hughes and Holton Hill who both looked good as rookies and could fill in for Waynes. Hughes is recovering from a torn ACL.

The concerns for MN have mostly to do with OL play and if Cousins can ever improve upon his limitations.

If LaFluer is a good coach and Rodgers stays healthy, the Packers have improved the most with the best QB and are the best bet.

How so?

If we look at Fangio to Pagano, it's probably a net negative but not much.  Dix/Amos is a wash.  Callahan to Skrine is a........idk....mayyyyybe negative.  The rest of the team is pretty much the same that went 12-4. Improvement will come from the offense where Allen Robinson will be 2 years removed from ACL surgery.  The entire offense will be in their 2nd year together.  James Daniels will start the whole year and we have a RB who isnt a tell.
