Ragnarok
Golden was awesome a couple years ago. Could be a nice fit across from Lorenzo.
11sanchez11
He was really good the last time he was healthy. Should be healthy this year.
DoleINGout
I like the general direction of the Giants overall, (not specifically this signing one way or another though).

And he is 2 years removed from his ACL tear. If he gets back to form and Lorenzo Carter takes that year 2 leap, the Giants might actually have a pass rush. minutemancl
No brainer decision for the Giants and Golden. Golden had a great year in 2016 playing his natural position of 3-4 OLB under Bettcher. 2017 he tore his ACL, and last year and was playing out of position as a 4-3 DE. Back under Bettcher and in a 3-4, he is poised to have another great year. The one year deal also works out really well for both sides- assuming he reverts to 2016 form, if the Giants view him as part of the future, he gets paid and the Giants get first dibs. If the Giants decide to move on, he can get a payday elsewhere and the Giants potentially get a nice compensatory selection. If he doesn't perform well, there is nothing invested in him after this year.

tom cody
I think he'll be a decent depth add for the Giants. All the best to him.
