Now that Trout is locked up and they know for SURE he's part of things for the long-term, I'd expect a more aggressive offseason from the Halos in 2019(similar to what we just saw out of Philly this offseason). The Albertross contract will be off the books after yr1 of Trout's extension, and Upton will be in his 2nd to last year. They have no real big money commitments tying things up and they have a rapidly improving farm system that should see a handful of players graduate this year and next Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
