Titans_Matt
I would say the best example of came from my Titans. When Albert Haynesworth was in his prime (2008) and delivering consistent pressure from the middle, he absolutely reeked havoc on opposing offenses, leading the Titans to a 13-3 record (with Kerry freaking Collins at the helm), making the Titans a top 5 defense, and making the entire Titans secondary pro bowlers. All because of immense interior pressure. Then he goes to Washington to get paid, Titans turn into an 8-8 team, with a below average secondary, and one of the worst defenses in the league in 2009. Interior pressure is the answer for me.
Bolts223
It really depends on who I am playing. If it's a Brady/Rivers/Eli type of QB that isn't very mobile I want interior pass-rushers. If it's a Rodgers/Wilson/Mahomes type of QB that is very dangerous outside the pocket, I want edge rushers.
FinneasGage
Give me elite interior pressure w/ decent edge pressure As opposed to elite edge pressure w/ decent interior pressure
