If your team signs a FA in real life during the mock you can add him to your roster. All real life unsigned FA’s will remain unsigned. Rosters lock for trades on the first day of drafting. Everyone pick one team but indicate if you are willing to take a second team. I will keep track of the draft with a doc and not on the OP because updating the OP is the literal worst.
