DoleINGout
It's like @TheKillerNacho is just looking at stats but never saw Gronk play. Too much hot sauce on your tacos my friend.

TecmoSuperJoe
Kellen Winslow: 109 games played, retires at 30 after 9 years. Rob Gronkowski: 115 games played, retires at 29 after 9 years. Winslow is in the Hall of Fame, but Gronk won't be? Get real.
Nex_Gen
And somehow, I still feel we all took him for granted. The best TE to ever play. Thanks for changing the game Gronk. Thank you for all the memories. Enjoy retirement. You earned that seasons ago...

Maybe the voters don't vote his career as kindly as you do. Positions are not treated equally Also Gronk dominated his competition, and won rings. Much easier road for the voters. Sterling has no rings, and wasn't the clear-cut best receiver in the NFL. When you have a short career, you basically need to have the perfect storm of circumstances to get in. kramxel
One of the best football players I've seen. Probably the best TE ever, even if he didn't have the longevity of Gates and Gonzalez. A heck of a party guy, and one who you didn't doubt was one of the hardest workers.

ChazStandard
Final statistics for Rob Gronkowski: 115 games, 522 catches for 7863 yards and 80 touchdowns. He is 3rd all time in TDs for a TE with 80. He is 7th all time in receiving yards, and 1st all time yards/game, for a TE. He is 12th all time for receptions for a TE. He also ranks 1st all time for play-off touchdowns, yards and receptions at his position (he is second, behind Jerry Rice, for postseason rec/TDs). There probably is, but they probably don't deserve to be in it, either. Gronk isn't even a RB where that sort of thing is expected. Think Harder.
