OneTwoSixFive
Here is one take on my players of interest for each Packers pick. I would be interested to see other posters list their favourites for each round. I would also like to see posters making cases for other guys not on my board (especially rounds 4-7). For some clarifications on my choices, see my comments below. 1 #12 – DL Ed Oliver, Rashaan Gary, Christian Wilkins, Edge Clelin Ferrell, Montez Sweat, Brian Burns, OT JawaanTaylor.1 #30 – DL Jeffery Simmons, TE T.J.Hockenson, Noah Fant, OT Andre Dillard,2 #44 - DL Jerry Tillery, OT Dalton Risner, TE Irv Smith, WR N'Keal Harry, CB(FS?) Amani Oruwariye, FS Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, Nasir Adderley.3 #75 - OT Tytus Howard, FS Darnell Savage, ILB Cameron Smith, WR Andy Isabella, TE Jace Sternberger4 #114 & #118 TE Kahale Warring. Edge Anthony Nelson, Chase Winovich RB Mike Weber, Devine Ozigbo, Rodney Anderson, Justice Hill.5 #150 DL Khalen Saunders, WR Gary Jennings, Dillon Mitchell, OG Dru Samia, Edge Sutton Smith, LB Josiah Tauefa, S Saquan Hampton.6 #185 & #194 RB James Williams, Bruce Anderson, Edge Maxx Crosby, Porter Gustin, TE Josh Oliver, LB Emeke Egbule.7 #226 QB Easton Stick, K Cole Tracy, G Javon Patterson. Several players have big differences of opinion, on where they fit in the draft. If I have a player named for a specific pick, I would obviously be interested in them (if they were still on the board) with any later pick, so no player is listed twice. Because I am listing what I think are among the better candidates for each pick, it is inevitable that in the real draft, for any given pick some, maybe even all my candidates, are gone already. I am not suggesting the Packers should be limited to my picks, just that I like these picks (some more than others)...............and I know for sure that I have missed numerous players who, if I knew more about them, would appear on any later list. I have a better handle on earlier picks than later ones (which I suspect is true of most fans) and the latter part of the draft can contain literally hundreds of players who might qualify at a later pick. Finally, I cannot legislate for picks that change hands due to deals on draft day, since the possibilities there are way too large to try and address. PACKRULE
Myself with the picks i didn't care after the 3rd. I want D and D, I think we have enough pieces on O already and our D has been lackluster since our 10 SB year. We have missed on so many pics Gute is the man to make the change and will put the right pieces in place. Those 3 with our FA season turn this D into a top 10 maybe 5 within a year. Would have liked a corner in 5 instead of S. 1 #12 – Edge Clelin Ferrell1 #30 – DL Jeffery Simmons,2 #44 - Nasir Adderley.3 #75 - TE Jace Sternberger4 #114 & #118 Chase Winovich T Kahale Warring5 #150 S Saquan Hampton.6 #185 & #194 RB James Williams, TE Josh Oliver7 #226 G Javon Patterson. Given what I had to pick from each selection those are the players I'd like. This would also enable us to cut Jimmy Graham for sure. Probably should have been 2 and we still cut bait with Graham. Probably go Anthony Nelson over Oliver in round 4 in hindsight. If I got the other players I could actually live with 3 TE's but rather have a CB. OneTwoSixFive
My original idea was not to use the picks to serve as a 'drafting blueprint', it was just my idea of which players i liked at which positions of the draft. I didn't really try to end up with combinations that would fill all the requirements of what the Packers need. There are less WR options than ideal in my list, nothing really in the way of CBs, and given LaFleur's liking for the run game, I'm light on earlier (day 2) RB options. If I get a few hits on players I have listed, being taken where I indicated (or later) on draft day, I would be content.

Look who we just signed, and he’s a way better athlete than the Smith’s.
