Coaching staff is almost in worse shape the roster. Good thing they have a lot of veteran experience on the defensive line. Linebackers coached by Jerod Mayo is a huge addition in my opinion. Steve Belichick is designated as a safeties coach so the secondary at least has some help. The offense, strength & conditioning, and special teams are all set with Joe Judge, Dante Scarnecchia, and Josh McDaniels leading the way. Of course, Bill Belichick being on the staff is never going to make me think the coaching will be bad.
