ajura pyta
2019 NFL DRAFT Round 1 1. Ari- Nick Bosa- DE- Ohio St. I don’t buy the idea that the Cardinals would throw in the towel on Josh Rosen after one season, so this pick remains Bosa, the top overall prospect in this draft. *Trade* SF trades #2 to Mia for #13, #48, #116, and a 2020 1st-rounder 2. Mia (from SF)- Kyler Murray- QB- Oklahoma The trade of Ryan Tannehill opens up a spot for the Dolphins to make a splash at the quarterback position. Murray wowed at Oklahoma’s Pro Day and solidified himself as the top signal caller available. 3. NYJ- Josh Allen- LB- Kentucky Adding Allen to rush the passer is a great move for the Jets, and, being in the same division as the Bills, fans will get the opportunity to hear the phrase, “Josh Allen is sacked by Josh Allen” multiple times a year. 4. Oak- Quinnen Williams- DT- Alabama The Raiders have holes everywhere in their defense, so they can get started with the top-available defender at any position. Williams will be a force in the middle of their defense. 5. TB- Jonah Williams- OT- Alabama For some strange reason, the Bucs continue to resign Donovan Smith to be their left tackle in spite of all the evidence that he’s not suited for the position. Adding Williams, who in my opinion is a true left tackle, will allow them to move Smith to the other side of the line where he should be more effective. 6. NYG- DK Metcalf- WR- Ole Miss When the Giants traded OBJ, they insisted they had a plan in place. I believe that includes targeting Metcalf here to replace him. 7. Jax- Montez Sweat- DE- Mississippi St. The signing of Nick Foles allows the Jags to look to their pass rush with this pick. Adding Sweat off the edge will go a long ways to improving their D. 8. Det- Clellin Ferrell- DE- Clemson Ezekiel Ansah is currently an unsigned, injury-prone player, so it’s time for the Lions to move on. Ferrell will step into his old position on the D-Line nicely. *Trade* Buf trades #9 to Oak for #24 and #27 9. Oak (from Buf)- Devin White- LB- LSU Gruden and Mayock make the aggressive move to get two standout defenders in the top-10. This would be considered a huge win for their organization. 10. Den- Ed Oliver- DT- Houston With the trade for Joe Flacco, the Broncos no longer need to invest a high pick on a QB. Adding the disruptive Oliver to their defensive front will greatly improve their defensive performance. 11. Cin- Dwayne Haskins- QB- Ohio St. Andy Dalton has been a serviceable, yet unspectacular, starting QB for Cincinnati. A splash selection here of the in-state hero Haskins will energize their fanbase and their offense. 12. GB- TJ Hockenson- TE- Iowa The Packers made splashes on defense in free agency, indicating that they’ll be looking for offensive help through the draft. Adding Hockenson here will give Aaron Rodgers another weapon in the middle of the field. 13. SF (from Mia)- Greedy Williams- CB- LSU The 49ers successfully filled several defensive holes in free agency this offseason, but there is still work to be done. Williams has the potential to be a lockdown corner at the next level, which is something the ‘Niners have been missing on defense for years. 14. Atl- Rashan Gary- DT- Michigan The Falcons have locked in Grady Jarrett with the franchise tag, but still need to upgrade the position next to him on their D-Line. Gary’s pass rush ability will complement Jarrett nicely. 15. Was- AJ Brown- WR- Ole Miss The Redskins do not need to panic and draft a QB here, even with the uncertainty with Alex Smith’s future. They added Case Keenum, who is a serviceable stopgap while Smith is recovering. Adding Brown will give Keenum, and eventually Smith, a true #1 receiver to spread the field. 16. Car- Greg Little- OT- Ole Miss The Panthers recently released Matt Khalil, leaving a huge hole on their O-Line. Little will step into that position a protect Cam Newton’s blindside for the foreseeable future. 17. NYG (from Cle)- Drew Lock- QB- Missouri The Giants continue to reaffirm their commitment to the aging Eli Manning at QB, but it is time to begin to groom his eventual replacement. Lock has all the tools to succeed at the next level and will benefit greatly by being allowed to sit behind Manning for a year or two. 18. Min- Jawaan Taylor- OT- Florida The Viking’s top pick needs to be the best available O-Lineman to protect Kirk Cousins better. Taylor should be an immediate starter for them. 19. Ten- Noah Fant- TE- Iowa To continue improving as a QB, Marcus Mariota is in desperate need of playmakers around him. Adding Fant will give him a reliable outlet receiver at the TE position. 20. Pit- Devin Bush- LB- Michigan Ryan Shazier’s health still appears to be up in the air, so it’s time for the Steelers to look at replacing him. Bush will be a tackling machine in the middle of their defense. 21. Sea- Andre Dillard- OT- Washington St. Like the Vikings, the Seahawks need to use this selection on the best available O-Lineman. Dillard will be an immediate starter on the right side for Seattle. 22. Bal- Jacai Polite- LB- Florida The Ravens lost two pass-rushers in free agency, making this a need selection. Polite should help replace Suggs and Smith. 23. Hou- David Edwards- OT- Wisconsin The Texans need to keep Deshaun Watson on his feet to improve their offense. Edwards is the latest in a long line of successful tackles to come out of the Badger’s program and should be an immediate starter in Houston. 24. Buf (from Chi via Oak)- Christian Wilkins- DT- Clemson The Bills take advantage of the D-Line depth in this draft to move out of the top-20 and still get a standout performer to replace the retired Kyle Williams. 25. Phi- Josh Jacobs- RB- Alabama The Eagles are in need of reinforcements at RB. Jacobs shared carries in college, so he comes in with little wear and tear on his body. He should step in as an immediate contributor in Philly. 26. Ind- Dexter Lawrence- DT- Clemson The Colts also take advantage of the ridiculous D-Line depth in this draft to land a beast to anchor the middle of their defense in Lawrence. 27. Buf (from Dal via Oak)- Kelvin Harmon- WR- NC St. The Bills are in desperate need of playmakers on offense. Harmon should be an immediate starter at receiver and give Josh Allen a reliable target to grow with. 28. LAC- DeAndre Baker- CB- Georgia The Chargers lost oft-injured Jason Verrett in free agency. Adding Baker here will give them a younger, healthier corner to fill the role. 29. KC- Damien Harris- RB- Alabama I believe the Chiefs, and my fantasy team, would have won a championship this last season if it wasn’t for Kareem Hunt’s idiocy. Harris should solidify the position and help the Chiefs dethrone the Deflatriots as the top team in the AFC. 30. GB (from NO)- Marquise Brown- WR- Oklahoma Staying with the theme of giving Aaron Rodgers better offensive weapons, the Packers add “Hollywood” to the mix. He’ll be the perfect complimentary receiver for Davante Adams on the outside. 31. LAR- Cody Ford- G- Oklahoma The Rams lost Rodger Saffold in free agency, so this is a need pick to replace him at Left Guard. 32. NE- N’Keal Harry- WR- Arizona St. Outside of Julian Edelman, the receiver room is basically barren in New England. Adding the sure-handed Harry will be a welcomed addition there. ROUND 2 33. Ari- Byron Murphy- CB- Washington 34. Ind (from NYJ)- Trayvon Mullen- CB- Clemson 35. Oak- Josh Oliver- TE- San Jose St. 36. SF- Zach Allen- DE- Boston College 37. NYG- Kaleb McGary- OT- Washington 38. Jax- Nasir Adderley- S- Delaware 39. TB- Deebo Samuel- WR- S. Carolina 40. Buf- Yodney Cajuste- OT- W. Virginia 41. Den- Daniel Jones- QB- Duke 42. Cin- Trey Pipkins- OT- Sioux Falls 43. Det- Kaden Smith- TE- Stanford 44. GB- Dre’Mont Jones- DT- Ohio St. 45. Atl- Dalton Risner- G- Kansas St. 46. Was- Jaylon Ferguson- LB- Louisiana Tech 47. The Gnat
I wouldn't mind DT in round two and OG in round three for the Vikings, but overall, a good Vikings draft.
KellChippy
I think it is more likely Philly adds a veteran or waits to see who’s available rd 2 than taking Jacobs round one, but it is a clear need. Solid overall draft though
Jason_Bengal_Fl
Haskins? Love it! The rest, I’m ok with.
Kodaraw
If the board fell this way then wowsa... I would be stoked. Based on this board for NYG: Devin White, Jawaan Taylor Brian Burns Garrett Bradbury Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, Hakeem Butler Daylon Mack, D’Andre Walker, Blake Cashman Darnell Savage Isaiah Johnson, Jr., Khalen Sanders. badgers0821
I can’t see the Packers passing on Burns or Risner for Jones.
ny92mike
Nice work for the Giants. Big fan of the first 4 selections and this draft would actually have me back on board with a team that I've been a fan of for years. Recent transactions have me questioning the owners and GM for sanity. I'm not a fan of the way Gettleman has handled his business with trading players or his free agency transactions but I will give him credit for the draft last season, and if this years draft looks anything like this it would be his second successful draft. Not sure I see the point in Browning in round 7. The Bills have their backups and on the cheap. Also personal preference would be Ben Powers over Froholdt. He's gotta come from somewhere. I think it was stupid to trade odell, especially after giving him a massive contract extension. We just handed out another big contract to Golden Tate, something like 22 million in guaranteed money. I'm hoping you rioted on that. I seriously doubt they'll draft a receiver with pick 6, but I do like Metcalf as a player. I just like how the person that spun this mock filled our needs at receiver and got a future quarterback in the first round. Personally, I think we need defensive rushers and would have been fine if that was the first pick. I'm not buying the hype on Murray or Haskins and was happy to see Lock being selected by big blue in this mock.

Rodney Anderson- RB- Oklahoma 140. Shareef Miller- DE- Penn St. 218. D’Cota Dixon- S- Wisconsin 235. Easton Stick- QB- N. Dakota St. Dang, Williams and White? I'd be down for that. bigdog2372
Appreciate the effort of a 7 rounder, but... 5. Jonah Williams- OT- Alabama Just, no. Definitely not at 5. We could literally trade down to the redskins spot at 15 and still have a shot at Williams. There are way too many elite defensive prospects and some nice 2nd/3rd round IOL prospects in this draft to do something silly like reach for someone who is projected by almost everyone as a guard at 5. White, Oliver or another D propect please. 39. Deebo Samuel- WR- S. Carolina We don’t really need an early receiver at all unless the value is crazy. Samuel this early isn’t crazy value. This is the spot where we need to look to improve our running game, either OG or RB, possibly Safety. 70. Germaine Pratt- LB- NC St. See previous pick. OG or RB here 107. Charles Omenihu- DE- Texas Dont mind this pick 145. Clayton Thorson- QB- Northwestern We resigned Ryan Griffin for 2 years and we just signed Gabbert. Say what you want about those guys but both are capable backups in this league. We really don’t have the luxury of using draft capital on a project backup. We need to add bodies that we can develop to contribute. 208. Karan Higdon- RB- Michigan At this point in the draft I would love to see what Arians could get out of Higdon. I liked him a lot in college. 215. Trysten Hill- DT- UCF Great value at this point. Nice pick.
Raidersare#1
The Trade for the Raiders is OK Not Thrilled with it. Like White and Williams. The Compensation is off. Better Compensation would be Raiders #24 and 2020 1st that's Raiders 1740 pts and Bills 1350 pts opposed to 1400 pts raiders and 1350 pts bills the reason I would make my trade is the Raiders need players that can contribute this year. and we can get a starter at #27. The Second round pick is the Right postion wrong player. Pick Irv Smith and you have a great mock for the Raiders.
