Quinn is a 1 year rental, and DLaws 2019 cap hit would be less if he signed an extension then the current tag number. Zeke, Dak, and Cooper are all under contract, and Quinn should be off the books by then. Hopefully Quinn blows it up and someone else signs him big next off season.
