My Annual Forum by Forum Mock Draft - Nightmare scenario for us

Recommended Posts

I do this about every year.  I ask each team forum to pick for their team.  First guy to be named 5 times is the pick.  If after 24 hours no one is named 5 times, the guy with the most votes is the pick.  In the event of a tie, the first one to the number is the pick.

This year please try and guess who you think your team would take, as opposed to who you want them to take.

If you mention multiple prospects in your post, please make it clear who your final pick is.  Bold text for his name will work.

The Cincinnati Bengals are on the clock!

1. Arizona - Kyler Murray QB, OU

2. San Francisco - Nick Bosa DE, tOSU

3. NY Jets - Josh Allen Edge UK

4. Oakland - Quinnen Williams DT Alabama

5. Tampa Bay - Devin White LB LSU

6. NY Giants - Dwayne Haskins QB tOSU

7. Jacksonville - TJ Hockenson TE Iowa

8. Detroit - Ed Oliver DT Houston

9. Buffalo - Jawaan Taylor OT, FL

10. Denver - Devin Bush LB Michigan

I have always wanted the highest rated guy at linebacker,  offensive or defensive line.  I think in this situation,  that's probably  Jonah Williams.

This.  Take Jonah Williams.  He's versatile enough to fit multiple positions on our OL...

Jonah Williams or trade down if an option.  Preferably getting someone else's first next year in the process.

Just realized Brian Burns is still available.  Take either Jonah Williams or Brian Burns.  Burns is a pass rush extraordinaire...

I really don't think OL is on the table the way the $ is laid out.  Montez Sweat is the BPA for me.

I personally would want Jonah Williams but I think the bengals would go Christian Wilkins.

Wilkins is my pick

If we took Burns, I think we should run a 3-4 really.  Get Pratt as a 2nd ILB, and maybe another ILB for depth in the 6th

LDE: Carlos Dunap, Ryan Glasgow
NT: Andrew Billings, Josh Tupou
RDE: Geno Atkins, Christian Ringo or Adolphus Washington
LOLB: Carl Lawson, Jordan Willis
LILB: Nick Vigil, Jordan Evans, Malik Jefferson
RILB: Preston Brown, Jermaine Pratt
ROLB: Brian Burns, Sam Hubbard

Let Pratt learn for a year behind Brown (unless he beats him out).  Burns and Lawson on the edges

Please pick one.  Naming 2 guys doesn't help me. :)

If we went to a 3-4, we already have the OLBs with Hubbard and Lawson.
