I may be mistaken but I think I recently seen CW has already put on 10 lbs of muscle.

Pretty sure it was his agent who said it, so grain of salt, but...

...honestly, that was obvious. Everyone knew he wasn’t strong enough and had plenty of room to add weight. If he didn’t spend his offseason getting significantly stronger, then he doesn’t have the work ethic to make it in the NFL.

Agreed here I think we might be pleasantly surprised by the improvement in Williams next year I was encouraged by his late season seemingly improvement in technique
