Given the Vikings' struggles developing OL, would they really want someone like Dillard?  I think they'd be looking at more of a plug 'n play OL like Cody Ford or Garrett Bradbury.

I don't think they are going to have this mentality, why would they?

Theyve brought in Gary Kubiak and Rick Dennison for the run game. I'd assume they'd feel comfortable taking any type of OL based on the hiring of these two. Don't forget that Tony Sparano did pass away early in the 2018 season so the Vikes didn't have much of a coaching staff for the OL last year. 

Brian O'Neill was thought to be raw as a rookie and he held up well at RT.

And I do agree to some extent, my preferred choice was Bradbury but more to improve the interior OL. I'm not sure Reiff (because he would be the OG) actually improves the IOL.
