I'll take Rodgers with anyone else's defense than the one that screwed Rodgers out of at far to many come from behind victories in the final minutes.

In that situation, it isn't about defense.  It is about finding "the best" quarterback to lead that drive.

It is just a tough, tough conversation to have.

In part because its hard to properly account for all the cheating from the Pats. Like being able to coach into Brady's helmet after the 15 second cutoff or telling him the exact defense he is facing because the HC stole the defensive signals from the opponent. Those are just very difficult to quantify, so fans happily ignore them in their quest to slobber his illegally deflated balls.

Yup.  That is part of it, too.

How about if we just turn the ship around, get Aaron another ring or two and settle the debate?

Oh you mean all that "Institutional knowledge"? At least that's what Brady likes to call it.

"If Aaron Rodgers had Patriots' offensive scheme & institutional knowledge on opposing defenses He'd throw for 7,000 yards every year. He's so much more talented than me"

This always read to me as "If Rodgers was on a team that cheats like the Patriots".
