Highest yards per attempt since 2014. He's back. Still has to shake off some bad habits he developed from 2015-2018, but he's back. i still want him to target the RBs more. IMO thats the biggest advantage we have on offense. I love it when they split Jones out wide and have Williams in the backfield. how do teams stop that?

No. He's getting paid 30 million a year to not do those things. We should be the most critical of him.

Some of the criticism is warranted for sure … some maybe not so much. What we don't know is he following "orders" or ad libbing on some of those plays? That being said, these QB's are making 25 mil plus this year. Wilson, Roethlisberger, Rodgers, Wentz, Ryan, Cousins, Garoppolo, Stafford, Carr and Brees per Sportac. Wouldn't take to many over Rodgers right now. Being critical of him is fine when he's off track … patting him on the back when good is also fine. Put a DB on Jones, slide the single high S over the side of the ball that Adams is on and make Graham/Allison/MVS/Lazard/Kumerow beat you.

Shanedorf
The Athletic has a cool article up on the 37 different players who have caught a TD from AR so far Rodgers was able to name most of them, but he needed a couple of hints to hit all 37 in his career Quite a history lesson, including utility guy - Spencer Havner
Shanedorf
https://operations.nfl.com/stats-central/stats-articles/no-one-takes-more-advantage-of-free-plays-than-aaron-rodgers/ Aaron Rodgers is the NFL’s career leader in passer rating, a two-time MVP and seven-time Pro Bowler. But there’s one thing he’s even better at than passing the ball — taking advantage of the “free play.” Since 2006, Rodgers leads all quarterbacks with 84 passes thrown on free plays. And no one has attempted more deep free shots than Rodgers, either. Check out the plot below, which highlights the air yards each quarterback has thrown for after drawing an offside penalty from the defense. Since 2006 Rodgers has thrown nearly 2,000 yards downfield on all those free plays: Ben Roethlisberger has just barely topped 1,000 yards downfield on free plays; he’s a distant second behind Rodgers. At the other end of the spectrum from Rodgers is Kirk Cousins, who has thrown only 13 passes on free plays in his career, and only a combined 87 yards downfield. Rodgers routinely gets more yards on free plays in a season than Cousins has in his career

He’s got time to turn it around but now the media is questioning if he is an elite QB. Maybe that will light a fire under him.
